Avivar uses SMS for customer-care, conversational, and informational communications with individuals who have initiated a text conversation or expressly opted in. Messages include responses to inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, meeting coordination, requested information, service follow-ups, client-support communications, and updates directly related to an active inquiry or service engagement. Avivar does not use this campaign for unrelated marketing or promotional SMS messages.

How SMS Consent Is Obtained

You may consent to receive SMS messages from Avivar by:

  • Initiating a text-message conversation with Avivar at (313) 758-6439
  • Replying START when invited to opt into Avivar SMS messaging
  • Selecting an optional SMS-consent checkbox on an Avivar website or intake form
  • Completing another written SMS-consent method provided by Avivar

Where a website form includes an SMS-consent checkbox, the checkbox will be optional and will not be selected automatically.

Providing your telephone number in a general contact, scheduling, intake, or service form does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages unless the form includes a separate SMS disclosure and you affirmatively select the SMS-consent option.
